This time when we went to the park in our locality, I decided to take a few photographs. So I took some of the plants and flowers I really liked. Btw, I searched so desperately for a china rose (hibiscus rosea) in full bloom but failed to find any. I so love those.

A bunch of lovely pinks
A plant in a flowerpot. I was intrigued by this one
because of the size and shape of its leaves.
However the picture doesn't focus that
well. click on it for a better view.

Anyways, Happy -belated-spring!

  1. Omigosh these photographs are SO beautiful! That one at the top is stunning! I wish I had a photo like that. I love how the silhouette of the plants and buildings are backed up with the colours of the sky! Really pretty shot! :D And those flowers are gorgeous! Have you ever tried a bokeh with a flower? They're pretty cool. :3 In the third one those flowers look really familiar! I saw them in Morocco when we visited the mountainous areas... my cousin pointed them out to me so I took a photo of them! Maybe I'll post the photo on my blog with a bunch of others. Happy spring! And keep it up with the photography! ^_^ :D ♡

    1. Thanks really, Kenza! Your comments are so cheery.
The first one was just natural, the sky was a beautiful hue of orange and blue, and so my siblings and I decided to snap a few photos. However, I think the silhouette effect of the palm trees create a bit of drama in the picture.
Thanks again. I've never tried a bokeh, btw. I don't know much about how to do one, anyways.

    2. You're so welcome!
Cool! I love doing that! xD True! A bokeh is a term used in photography... I think it comes from the Japanese word for "blur"? It's when you focus the square on your camera on an object and the rest of the image that isn't focused blurs (this works best with a digital camera ^^). They're pretty awesome!
