Dot Painting Workshop


I attended this workshop at L2L Academy in October, 2015, where we learnt how to do dot art with both ink and pencil. Here is the stuff I drew with dots.

First we learnt to draw basic shapes and shade them with dots instead of pencil strokes

 We made A Gradient or Shade Palate with ink to understand thickness and density of dots

    Omigosh, these are beautiful!! :DD I love the way you used the dots for shading! And OMG, the last one is AMAZING!! How did you do that?? :O It's so perfect, I can't even... How? O.O Gosh, the hand and face and eyes and everything is just so good... Seriously!

      Thanks! Dot painting is a very beautiful technique, yet it requires a lot of persistence!
      And the last one, I didn't make t, it was made by somebody else. I just traced over it. (this was MOST boring :()
