Making Loom Band Bracelets is an easy and fun art. Although some kids buy whole kits containing DIY Loom Bands and tools to make them, making Loom Bands is simple and requires only your fingers and colored rubber bands.
This is a guide to making basic loom bands, with your fingers.
1. Decide on a color scheme and pick out some loom bands.

2. Take a rubber band and put it in one finger. Twist it and put in the other finger.

3. Put in two rubber bands, without twisting them.

3.Once you have 3 Rubber bands, pop the last one in the middle of your two fingers.

4. Keep repeating steps 1-3. You will start to form a braid of rubber bands. When it is about 3 and a half inches long...

5. ...Pop one all the rubber bands in both your fingers in one finger. Attach a clasp or thread both ends together to form a ring or a bracelet.

6. Your loom band is ready. Wear it as a ring in your fingers or on your wrist as a bracelet.

Omg omg I love loom bands too!! :DD My friend (irl) and I are crazy about them! (I'm so into them that I have two big sets, lol. X'D Sadly the trend is going down now in the UK. ;-; But we don't care because we love loom bands too much! XD) This tutorial is awesome and straightforward, Zainab! I didn't know you could do the fishtail with just your fingers! :O (I saw two of my cousins making a loom band with their fingers when I was in Morocco and I was totally... hey, I didn't know you could do that! ;'D) I normally do it on the board (the long one with the pins). Do you have the board too? You can also do lots of designs using just a loom band/crochet hook. It's awesome!
